How come you charge £1.99 for delivery?

Forces Supplements has thought long and hard about our delivery prices. We came to the conclusion that a one off price for any amount of products would be better in the long run for the customer. Every website that offers "Free" delivery have the delivery charge included in the product. So if you buy more then one product you are in essence paying two delivery charges. If you look at our products you will find most are more then £1.99 cheaper then other sites anyway. If you order two or more products you will most defiantly save money!!

Do you price match other sites?

Unfortunately our prices are the lowest we can possibly afford them to be so if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we would be unable to match it.

Do you give advice on products you sell?

I think I have ordered the wrong product, Can I return the item?

You can return the item if ordered incorrectly. Follow the returns link at the bottom of the page.

Do you deliver free to BFPO?

We deliver free to Afghanistan and Iraq however the packaged weight must not exceed 2KG. Any other BFPO is only £1.99 for any amount which I know you'll agree for overseas is an amazing price.

I can't find a product, what can I do?

Forces Supplements sell a lot of products however our suppliers have thousands more. Simply email info@forces-supplements.co.uk and we will speak to the suppliers and add it to the site. If our suppliers have it in stock it could be with you next day if ordered by 2pm

Returns

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may do so. The packaging must be as received with the product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell. All Damages, cancellations & Returns must be notified via e-mail the same day (within 24 hours) All cancellations will be charged at a rate of £10.50. You will be liable for the postal charges to get the item back to us
